We currently ship to the United States and Canada. All prices are in US dollars (USD).
Processing time
Each item is made to order. Production usually takes 2–7 business days before your order ships.
Some items, like our scrubs and shoes, are made overseas and can take up to 3 weeks to arrive.
Delivery time
- United States: typically 3–8 business days after shipping
- Canada: typically 5–12 business days after shipping
Shipping rates
- United States: $6.95 for the first item, plus $2 for each additional item. Free standard shipping on orders over $100.
- Canada: $12.95 for the first item, plus $3 for each additional item.
- Pillows and blankets: an extra $6 per item because of their size.
Items in the same order may be made by different production partners and arrive in separate packages. You’ll receive a tracking link by email for each shipment.
Customs, duties and taxes
Some orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer.
