Sumbu Apparel (“we”, “us”) runs sumbuapparel.com from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and your choices.
What we collect
- Order details: name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, and the items you buy.
- Account details: if you create an account, your login email and order history.
- Payment details: card and PayPal payments are processed directly by Stripe or PayPal. We never see or store your full card number.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, used for security and to keep the site working.
Why we use it
- To process, make, ship and support your orders.
- To send order confirmations, shipping updates and replies to your questions.
- To prevent fraud and keep the store secure.
- To send marketing emails only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed to fulfil your order and run the store:
- Payment processors: Stripe and PayPal.
- Production and shipping partners: our print-on-demand partners (Printify, Printful, Inkedjoy, Popcustoms and Merchize) and the carriers that deliver your order.
- Hosting and email providers that run our website and send store emails.
Some of these providers are located outside Canada, including in the United States, so your information may be processed there. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal requirements, and delete or anonymize other data when it is no longer needed.
